Having never stepped in to Mattress Firm I had a preconceived notion the business would have a high-pressure salesperson telling me everything I didn't know about the world of mattresses... and I couldn't have been more impressed with Heather at your Cuyahoga Falls location! She knew her product and answered my questions without delay! It was am unexpected delight and I sickly felt at ease and assured I was at the right place! I highly recommend Mattress Firm when shopping for a new mattress!
View on GoogleWe walked in the store and Clayton immediately acknowledged us. We told him what we were looking for, and he went straight to work. He answered every question we had, which was a lot. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We were able to find what we wanted and at a great price. We went with a Sealy Sleepy’s twin hybrid mattress, box spring and a frame. They have a wide selection of mattresses and accessories. If you are looking for a great mattress and excellent customer service Mattress Firm Portage Trails is definitely a place to check out. Happy sleeping!
View on GoogleStopped in just to try out different types of mattresses and walked out with a new purple brand mattress. I think I'm going to love it, Isaiah was a perfect salesman. Not too pushy, not too talkative, just a nice easy-going guy. The delivery guys were in and out so fast I barely saw them. They did a great job as well. Here's to a great night's sleep!!!
View on GoogleMy fiancé went into this mattress firm just to look around and from what she said, she had the best experience with Miss Destiny! We were not looking to buy for a while but, ended up spending more than we budgeted to spend because of how good she was. When we went back to do the purchase, they interacted as if they knew each other for years. Destiny is definitely an amazing sales woman. Not pushy, knowledgeable and very confident in what she does. She asked all the proper questions and allowed us to make the final decision even though she was the one that guided us to said decision. Watch out mattress firm, it’s possible I take her for my company! JK!
View on GoogleGreat experience, both staff members were very friendly. The district manager ended up being the person to sell me my mattress and he made the whole experience seamless, explained everything clearly and was patient while I decided which one I wanted. Would definitely go back
