Mattress Firm Four Corners

Greeted by Dale as we entered. He asked some questions to determine what we needed. We found him knowledgeable and personable. Tried various mattresses and he helped narrow us down to the one for us. He explained warranty and delivery, suggested a mattress cover. Glad we went during the sale! Looking forward to the delivery. Definitely recommend working with Dale and Mattress Firm Four Corners.

Very pleasant & easy purchase! Jordan was extremely knowledgeable & helpful…no pressure at all! I had no intention of actually making a purchase today, but walked out a happy owner of a new Tempur Pedic mattress, thanks to Jordan!

3rd time customer, superior service from start to finish, the mattress speaks for itself. Special thanks to the Delivery team, they were flawless and deserve a 10 out of 10 rating. Thank you Mattress firm!

Christian and his colleague (I didn’t catch her name because she was taking care of other customers when I first entered the store) were so helpful for me today. I was in a huge bind and needed a new mattress asap. They did what needed to be done for me to walk out of their store with a smile, and I am so grateful for them. I highly recommend this location.

We saw Dale . He is the manager at 2 stores here in Lake Jackson , Tz. We came iin to look at a particular mattress I had seen on the website, it was on sale and within our budget. We tried it out and asked if there would any way to make it more to our specifications as it was a bit too firm. We talked about toppers and cooling gel toppers, but I wanted to think about it. I wanted to think about it. Dale had no issue with that. There was no pressure and he was so knowledgeable!! The next day we came back after looking at other beds online and decided I needed. Different style of bed. He said…let’s not try and fix a problem before you take it home. Basically if your not happy here you won’t be happy my at home.Dale recommended a bed that was perfect for us. With only a small price difference. I was looking for the wrong bed. We purchased the one we thought suited us well. We spelt in the bed for about 3-1/2 weeks and it began to bulge from head to toe in an area about a foot with 3 feet long. I called, talked to Dan and he said take some pictures and text them to me. So my husband did and we went in. It was actually a defective mattress. (This kind of thing happens to us lol one in a million!) No problem we said in light of what had happened to that specific mattress we would go with a different maker. It took us 2 tries and BAM! The best fit was found. I have chronic serious back issues and multiple surgeries. I can’t wait to feel this new mattress! Mattress Firm needs a BUNCH of personal like Dale. He also helped us out with financing as well. Great experience.
