My wife and I had a very pleasant experience with Diante Woods today! We purchased our dream mattress , he was very knowledgeable and didnt seem pushy or like a salesman trying to sale us anything! He was very genuine and patient with us and saved us alot of $$$$$ His Manager Bruce even gave us a better Price with free delivery. We were in and out in about an hour! Thank you Mattress firm for hiring Diante, he made our experience great!

I recently had an outstanding experience at Mattress Firm, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Our salesman, Bruce, was absolutely incredible. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to our needs, guiding us to the perfect choice. We ended up purchasing two Tempur Pro-Adapt 12" Medium Hybrid mattresses along with the Tempur-Ergo Prosmart Adjustable base, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Bruce went above and beyond by throwing in two Tempur Breeze Pro Pillows as a fantastic bonus! This thoughtful touch made our shopping experience even more special. The level of service and attention to detail we received was exceptional. If you’re in the market for a new mattress, I highly recommend visiting Mattress Firm and asking for Bruce. You won’t regret it!

We had an amazing experience at this Mattress Firm location. We shopped the Memorial Day sale and got a fantastic deal. Will helped us out wonderfully. He was very receptive to our requests and price range, found us a great deal, and was very honest about the pros and cons of the offered products. He was not pushy or overwhelming, and was very funny and friendly. The process was very painless and we are walking away very satisfied and excited for our new mattress.
