Bel Furniture - Lake Jackson

I’m so sad I didn’t get the sell reps name today We came today around 12:50 left around 1:20 We met a Hispanic woman and we ordered a midnight madness black 4 piece with a matching chase ! And she was top tier phenomenal she told us it’ll take about a month for the furniture to arrive at the Katy warehouse which we were totally fine with communication is everything I see alot of horrible reviews on people wanting their items rushed but if you quality patience is key ! So we are beyond excited and thrilled we will review and update on my husbands Google when we receive them ! I’ve been looking at these sofas for a while going back and forth on who I was going to go with so I’m happy with the choice the prices are in fact unbeatable ! We have three kids I’m pregnant with another and this whole set is more than enough for me and my growing family !! Thank you unbeatabel! Update all products have been delivered and more beautiful than ever we are in love with the viral midnight madness can’t wait to continue doing business with this company forever my favorite company

We had a great experience shopping here for my husband's recliner! We got a great deal. The only complaint is that the recliner is on back order for 3 weeks! Where is it coming from? Timbucktu? Thats crazy considering bel is everywhere around here and you would think they would keep at least 1 in stock in their warehouse if they have it on the floor....sell the floor model or offer to get it from a nearby store! We currently have very little seating in our livingroom and guests are coming for Christmas. Its going to be tough and will probably have to break out our camping chairs. Lol.

Been waiting 3 months for bar stools. Have family members and friends in the same situation. Worst part is they won’t tell me when my items are coming in. Do not recommend!

We went in the Bel’s today looking for a couch and a mattress. This was our third stop. The selection was huge and Ali was incredibly helpful! She stayed with me the whole time, offered a lot of options and answered questions, and was extremely kind and patient. Because of the prices we ended up with a mattress, couch, kitchen table, and tv stand! I highly recommend this place and Ali!!!

We had the best experience with Ali, we walked in and told her what we were looking for, she helped us find the perfect bedroom set, living room and dining room set! That all matched! She was so helpful and very knowledgeable and made the experience so quick and easy! Highly recommend her!
