Mattress Firm Gateway Crossing

Nichole was super awesome and helped me get a great deal on the mattress. I came in and already knew what I wanted. I already got a quote from competition and they were able to beat that price by over $100!!

It was a Pleasure having Ms Nicole help us in getting a bed. She explains the many many options & their performance. Ms. Nichole is Very Professional and Patient, she greeted us with the same Pleasant Smile even on our 3rd Visit, we shopped other stores and even though they carry the same beds the Service was No where near. Thank You

Veronica and Nicole were incredibly helpful in choosing a bed for my son’s apartment. They helped me get the best bed for our budget, suggesting a great mattress. I would highly recommend this store. As a long-time Mattress Firm customer, these two ladies are the best I have worked with, I am so grateful to have stopped in.

From the moment we walked into Mattress Firm, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Nicole, whose friendly energy set the tone for a great shopping experience. Jason — "the good-looking British guy" — went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect mattress for our needs and budget. He took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and even compared different models to help us understand the differences. What really impressed us was his willingness to work within our budget without compromising on quality — and he even threw in a few extras at no additional charge. Exceptional service, genuine care, and a smooth, no-pressure experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this location and team if you're in the market for a new mattress!

Walked in and was greeted nicely by Abel. Wasn’t sure which bed I wanted and had a lot of questions. Abel was able to answer all of them. He spoke clearly which is nice as well. After trying our 5 different mattresses I was able to settle on one. He also explained the nice financing option they have. I chose to do that. Overall great experience and Abel did a great job!
