Sleep Number

Elise was awesome during our purchase! She answered every question we had and was extremely helpful! If not for her undivided attention, professionalism and her care for our needs, I am positive we would not have made a purchase this day. Oh, and the mattress speaks for itself. There’s a reason you are visiting the store, get off that 15 year old bed and take care of your body.

We have had our sleep number for 7 years. All has been great until now, when all of the things we purchased with the bed (responsive, air, foot warming, etc) are now broken. We also paid extra for a 25 year warranty only to find out it covers just about nothing because they pro-rate it. So each year that their product breaks down we pay more and more to get it fixed! And here is the kicker, we have to fix it ourselves!!! They will charge another 200 bucks for a technician to come out and fix the broken components!! Why did I spend 14,000 dollars on a bed, plus extra for a warranty and now I have to do all of the maintenance AND PAY EXTRA for the parts!!!! Never again. And I will never purchase sleep number again.

Purchasing our first sleep number bed has probably been the most pleasant shopping experience we’ve had purchasing anything for our home! We went in to the Avondale location with already an idea in kind of what we wanted, but as soon as we walked through the door, Larry approached us and immediately got us going with testing out the various options they had available. His knowledge and customer service was amazing and he made the experience fun and enjoyable. We are thrilled and anxious for our mattress to arrive and we couldn’t be more thankful for his assistance in helping us find exactly what we needed. If you’re looking for a new mattress, sleep number bed is the way to go, go see Larry!

Walked into the store not expecting to go through the whole process, but Jerret was beyond helpful. He helped us understand different models and showcased the upgrades and features across all mattresses and bases. He was also very patient as we had our 4 year old with us. We were never pressured into buying something we didn’t need and left with the feeling that we made the best choice for our situation. The mattress is amazing, but the real winner is their customer service. For once I’m glad I went in and spoke with a sales rep in person.

Purchased new i8 bed 2 months ago. Staff was very good…! But still having problems getting comfortable. Settings ranging between 35-70. Feels like a balloon in softer settings. Tried to return after 1 month and would only refund 50% of cost. They would not take the base back. But did provide a free bed cover…which made it a little better. Over $10k for a bed? I expected much better bed. Now I’m stuck with a bed I don’t feel is anywhere near it’s value. The accessories are even more expensive! Other reviews saying the have remotes…!? I never got a remotes for my bed? Calling store tomorrow!!
