We had a great experience with Phil at Mattress Firm! This was our first time buying a mattress and the one we used to own was sinking and causing us to sleep poorly. We walked in and worked with Phil and he walked us through our sleep test and helped us pick out the best mattress for us! He had a lot of great insights, spoke from experience, and thoroughly gave us all the instructions we needed for delivery and experiencing the mattress for the first several weeks. It was a wonderful experience buying the mattress at Mattress Firm Greenwood North II store. Actually Mattress Firm perfected the buying experience! Mr. Val and Phil the sleep experts gave us enough time to explore many mattress of our choice then they gave their recommendation, Bullseye! We found the perfect mattress that we were looking for! Afterthat Val applied store credits to get nice add-ons. The mattress came with free basic adjustable base also. We got the professional delivery in two days. The delivery team had sent us text alerts and delivered the mattress on time and were so professional. Actually. In my opinion, trying and checking out the mattress at the store and getting expert advice from sleep experts will definitely help anyone find the right mattress. Craig was fantastic. He greeted us as soon as we walked in, explained to him we were looking for king bed for our son who is 5’9 already at 12 years old and we purchased our bed 2 years ago from a different mattress firm and we have been loving it. But with Craig’s help we decided to pass our bed down to our son and my hubby and I got us a new one that feels are sleeping patterns better. Craig is very knowledgeable and has lots of patience.
