Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

Overall great showroom, Regina was our guest specialist. We was in there for about 4 hours. About 2 and a half of those she was following us like a lost puppy. I asked her to put down a cabinet, she then put down a couch. I can understand not hearing. I realized in my cart. I went over to her and asked if she could change it. I then showed her the exact cabinet and color. She then put down the WRONG color. While we was proceeding our sale. We gave her 519. She then put down $519,000. We discussed as a Delivery. Not men coming in and building it for us. She then put us down for that. It took til the manager W the gucci bag haha!! To look over the sale and read us back to find out she had it set like that. She was great but, Regina definitely has some improvement to do. No matter how old, how “rich”, how nice we are. We are here to find our dream home and, we don’t feel that we should be getting watched every inch of every second.

Husband and I went in to check out what we'd like for our space and everyone was super friendly and helpful! Not pushy but was around if we had questions. We ended up just looking and purchasing online later, but picked up at the store today. Super easy pickup with help getting it on our truck. Pickup orders are packed with extreme care which was awesome to see, assembly was super easy as well.

Went in to purchase a power recliner for my 91 year old mother. We were shown 4 out of the 4 she chose the first one she sat in. Very satisfied with what she picked. Thanks Bob's!

Hands-down, the best furniture, shopping experience! Stevie was wonderful; She was attentive and provided the best customer service. I love the atmosphere of the store, I love the selection, and the prices were hard to beat. I will certainly be back!

Regina was a great salesperson. She was attentive without vulturing and had a fantastic personality. We found what we needed and were in and out with efficiency. Very pleased with our experience! Threshold delivery was received in a timely manner with very courteous delivery staff. The furniture itself is great! Bolts were missing and after some frustration with customer service, I got a call back stating my bolts will be sent to me.
