Our experience was made perfect because of the store manager, Dominic. I have never experienced such a knowledgeable young man who was so informativ, Patient and helpful. It was such a pleasure to shop at Mattress Firm and Dominic was the reason we purchased from him and not a competitor who had a product we thought we were set on buying. Dominic, thank you for making our experience so pleasant.

I had mostly made up my mind about the bed and adjustable base that I wanted. I was about to order online, but really wanted to be able to see it person. I can't express how thankful I am that we started our shopping around experience at Mattress Firm. Dominic was great! Didn't try to upsell me and really listened. I went with a slightly different model of Dream Cloud than I expected based on Dominic's recommendation. My delivery arrived in 2 days. We let the mattresses sit and fully expand in an unused room for 2 full days before using. I slept on it one night so far and honestly all my aches and misery I've been feeling because of my last new mattress are 95% improved. My last new mattress was more expensive than the entire set up of a split king with an adjustable bases. The price was slightly less than I would have paid online directly from manufacturer and the sheets, pillows, and mattress protectors were customized to what we preferred by buying at Mattress Firm. Also, the split king setup is AMAZING! One big bed, without being disturbed by your partner's every move. Dominic - Thank you!

Our ( myself and husband) experience was very good. Two guys Dominic and Gavin were very personable and knowledgeable. Neither!!,, were your Typical cliché sales person. He listened carefully to my sleep issues (back pain, sleeping hot, side sleeping), explained the differences between hybrids, memory foam, and cooling tech without any jargon overload, and never once pushed me toward the priciest option. He helped me find the perfect mattress that actually fits my needs and budget, hooked me up with a solid promotion, and made the whole buying process transparent and stress-free.
