Katie was our sleep expert and she was simply amazing. From the moment we stepped through the doors until the time we left, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She made our decision to purchase a new bed and frame easy and stress-free. We had visited the Elk Grove store before coming to the Arden location, and the difference in service was immediately noticeable when Katie greeted us! We got lucky and were able to purchase our headboard on the way out the door ! One stop shop!

Loved my experience at this mattress firm. Reece was super helpful and engaging. He didn’t waste time to approach us to ask what we needed. He was patient as we tried MULTIPLE mattresses and he kept our thoughts about each mattress in mind when trying to narrow down the perfect mattress. Not only did he help find the best match for me but he also considered my bed frame and suggested a better fit for that too. Definitely upgraded from my amazon bed set to the best mattress in the world, the Purple Mattress. Reece was super kind and explained everything thoroughly, he answered EVERY question we had. Will be going back for those purple pillows soon and definitely going straight to Reece.
