Justin was great! He walked us through all of the different mattress options and let us test everything. He was very knowledgeable about all of the nuances with the different mattresses. More importantly he was straightforward about all of our options and prices and gave us all the information we needed to make our selection.

Bradley was friendly and fun to work with. Helpful but never pushy. He was new, and usually asked his manager if he didn’t know the answers to my questions. However, he told me that the adjustable frame could be lowered to 2 inches above the floor. In reality, the lowest it can be is 8” above the floor. This makes a difference because it hard for me to get into and out of the bed. But the mattress is so comfortable, I am not sure I want to exchange it for a lower one. I’ve only slept in it for one night, but for the first time in years I didn’t wake up with pain. And the frame itself is great. I’m glad he encouraged me to get both of them. Just wish it was a few inches lower.

Chris at the Natomas store was wonderful! I was moving and needed a new bed, because of my wonderful experiences in the Vacaville store I knew that I could trust mattress firm. I found a great deal online and was ready to check out when I noticed that the mattress was shipping directly to me 2 weeks prior to the day I selected for the adjustable frame to be set up at my new address. The problem is that I wasn’t even going to have the keys to the new place until a week later and I lived 45 miles away! Thank goodness that I noticed and called Chris before checking out online. Chris was able to get everything set up and scheduled for the correct day and time, and made sure that I got a great deal too!! Thank you Chris!
