Mattress Firm Indian Bend

I had researched mattresses before we went into the store & knew what I wanted. Elmer answered all of our questions and had us in & out in a half hour! And it will be delivered tomorrow! Great experience.

I walked into a small Mattress Firm filled with expensive Queen and King sized beds…I was there for a cheap twin. From the start, Duane made me feel welcome and was responsive to my needs and showed me two different standard twin mattresses. I liked the second one. Duane then explained the features and benefits of a new “box” springs, he convinced me and I purchased it. Duane was the acme of customer service and patience as I found a replacement for my 18 year old bed. The “checkout” process was quick and I am getting my new bed tomorrow. Duane was a fantastic person who answered the questions of myself and my brother. I strongly recommend going to this store…small in square footage-yes, but big on customer service and exceeding the expectations of the customer.

Michael was very friendly and helpful! He spent a lot of time with us and helped us understand all the different options we had within our price range. We are very happy with our new mattress and pillows. I would recommend this location to anyone in the Scottsdale area!

Duane at the store was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He set everything up and the delivery was right on time the next day. The delivery guys were also friendly and took my old bed and set the new one in no time. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you guys so much.
