Sack Time Mattress

I DO NOT recommend buying from this place. I see another review that looks exactly like the same story as mine. I see I’m not the only one. First sold me a floor model pillow top for $1500, said it was normally $3000 and said there was nothing wrong with it. Received it and there was a huge dip in it and visible damage to the pillow top looked to be bulging. They agreed to exchange it and said it must have gotten damaged from being on its side during delivery…. So I went into the store and she showed me other mattresses and convinced me this hybrid mattress was super popular and was normally $5000 (which is a huge lie) was on sale for $2500. So I had to pay an additional $1200. Got it home and it was and is the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. I emailed first thing in the morning and said I wanted to return bc it’s awful and I can’t imagine sleeping on it for the next 10 years. She said nope and offered an insulting 50% restocking fee. Buy directly from manufacturer so that you have better customer service and option to exchange. Now I’m out $2800 for the worst mattress ever.

I’m happy to recommend Sacktime for their professionalism, I got a custom made mattress with a good firm comfort since I had a back surgery. I sleep much better and have a great support! Also have to mention that the store was super friendly with our dog coming in the store to try the mattress with us! Not everyone is pet friendly but they truly want the best for their customers

I decided to come back and buy another one for my daughter. The level of Customer Service was above and beyond my expectation and the price was extremely reasonable. This was the 3rd matress store I went to. Long time family owned and still thriving. The first two places I visited were the big chain corporate type, but left them both feeling like I was at a failing, used car dealership. Not sure if the delivery guys were family but I was lucky enough to meet them between deliveries. Hard working and respectful. Sacktime will Not take your sleep for granted.
