Mattress Firm North Little Rock

Stopped by Mattress Firm today planning to look at a more affordable mattress and ended up walking out with an amazing deal and financing that worked perfectly for us. A huge thank you to Zach for his outstanding customer service, knowledge, and willingness to help us find the right fit. He made the entire process easy and stress-free. If you’re in the market for a new mattress, I highly recommend asking for Zach!

Darius was absolutely GREAT. He was knowledgeable and helpful. One of the best sales experiences I've had in a long time. It was also great watching him train another employee during my experience. He was VERY through! I would definitely suggest using Darius as your sales associate.

I stopped at the store in WLR and was greeted by Barron. He was so helpful, explained the differences in the type of mattresses that I was looking for. He showed me several models and the different bases. Barron was covering a shift and normally works in NLR. When I was ready, I walked into the NLR store and it was the easiest and smoothest transaction. He was just as helpful today as he was the day I met him. I would recommend Barron and his colleagues at the NLR store time and time again. If you’re in the market for a new mattress, Barron and his colleagues are the people you want to speak with. You won’t regret it.

Darius was extremely professional. He showed us all of our options and stayed within an hour desired price range. We did not feel pressured but comfortable making this purchase. now somebody come get my husband off of this mattress so we can go home

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Zack. From the moment me and my daughter walked in, Zack was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the differences between options clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. When other customers came in, he politely excused himself and apologized when he returned, giving us the same level of care and respect. The way he treated everyone really showed how genuine he is. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I left feeling confident in my purchases of a mattress and adjustable base. Highly recommend asking for him!
