Im extremely happy how everything went from sales to delivery. Malcolm is a great person , he gives all the attention you need. Delivery crew was exceptional, well educated and polite. If you need a mattress definitely go to Union, NJ store.
View on GoogleI recently had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm Union while shopping for a new mattress, bed frame, and pillows. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand what I was looking for—comfort, support, and budget—and walked me through different options without any pressure. I really appreciated how knowledgeable they were, explaining the differences between mattresses and helping me test a few until I found the perfect fit. I ended up purchasing a mattress, frame, and pillows all in one visit, and the process was smooth from start to finish. The recommendations they gave made a big difference, and I could tell they cared about making sure I got the best quality sleep possible. Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable experience, and I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and quality products.
