Mattress Firm Lake Success

Just bought mattress from Ken the fourth times. He is professional and knows exactly what we are looking for. We were in and out of store in under an hour. Pleasant and efficient and gave us a great deal. Highly recommend mattress firm lake sucess and ask Ken for point of contact.

We stopped by to check out a mattress for a relative. We were greeted by Ken who introduced himself, the company and mattress co temper pedic in such a professional and prestigious way that we were sold almost immediately. Ken connected with us like a long lost friend. The level of satisfaction we received was amazing and haven’t seen this level of professionalism and dedication in a long while. So if you’re in the market for a mattress, one on which you will spend a third of your life on, take no shortcuts, see Ken at Matress Firm. Make sure to call him before stopping by to ensure you received the undivided attention our family received. If I can put 10 stars I would but we are limited to 5. A super experience I’m sure you will agree. Thanks Ken

I needed a new mattress on short notice and Audee was exceptionally helpful in making it happen. He let me take my time looking at the different mattress before purchasing and was very informative so that I picked the best one for myself. Delivery was the next day and it arrived in good condition. Thank you Audee for your help! Thank you to the delivery team as well for bringing it in and setting it up for me.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Ken at the Mattress Firm in Lake Success. From the moment we walked into the store, we were impressed. The showroom was beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. Ken greeted us right away, introduced himself, and took the time to genuinely get to know us before even talking about products. What really stood out was how thorough and thoughtful he was. He asked about our sleeping habits... whether we sleep on our side or back or if there was any medical concerns and used that information to guide us toward the best options for our comfort and support. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch at all; it felt like someone who truly cared about helping us make the right decision. We ended up purchasing a Beautyrest Black Series mattress after being able to fully test it out in the store, lying down, taking our time, and asking questions. Ken walked us through the features, benefits, warranty, how the mattress is made, and also made sure we received the Presidents’ Week sale pricing. He even introduced us to his colleague, which added to the overall positive experience. Honestly, the service was so exceptional that after we got home, we decided to go back and purchase two more mattresses for the other bedrooms in our home. When we returned, Ken provided the same level of attention and care. We even brought our son so he could test the mattresses himself, and once again, Ken was patient, professional, and focused on helping us find the best options. We left with another purchase scheduled for delivery and complete confidence in our decisions. This was more than just buying mattresses, it felt like building a relationship with someone who truly wanted to help. Ken made a big purchase feel comfortable and easy, and that level of customer service is rare today. We highly recommend this location and the entire team. If you go, ask for Ken, his service was truly impeccable.
