Mattress Firm Elmont

Since you only buy a mattress about every 10 years, it’s been a long time since I stepped inside a Mattress Firm and I went in not really knowing what I wanted. This could’ve been a recipe for overwhelm but thankfully Sleep Expert Jeff was there to help. He instantly suggested options that were way better than the random bed I’d pulled up online and walked me through every step of choosing the mattress that worked best for me. We also talked through the additional items that made sense for me to go with and he gave me honest, knowledgeable opinions on everything. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. His gentle disposition and patience were much appreciated. The shopping trip didn’t feel like upsell after upsell. Instead, it felt like Jeff genuinely cared about my purchase as much as I did and he was able to help me save as much money on it as possible. The store is clean, quiet, and inviting which are all the things you want when envisioning how you’ll sleep for the next 10 years. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone with bedding needs as well.

Just want to say a special shoutout and thank you to Dylan from Mattress Firm! His expertise on differentiating the benefits of each type of mattress that were being displayed helped us to make a final decision on the two mattresses that best suited me as well as my parents at a reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend him for assistance on any mattress needs!

Mattress firm, this is my second time purchasing from this company once was sleepy. I had a little bit of issue with the mattress and they really accommodate me between the manager and the sales person Dylan. They really try their ever best that I could sleep well 😴 and I was satisfied with the product. I just want to say thank you very much for the experience that I had regardless of the mattress exchanging the mattress.🙏🏾

Had a great experience today with Randy. He patiently helped my husband and I to ensure the mattress best fit our needs. We came in thinking we knew what we wanted but were wrong! Can’t wait to have our new mattress delivered

We had such a great experience at Mattress Firm on Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont thanks to Jeff. From start to finish, he was patient, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. We purchased the Black® Series Three 15.25” Medium King Mattress along with a few other items, and Jeff made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He knew everything about the products we were looking at and explained each option with such detail that it really helped us make the best choice for our needs. He wasn’t just helpful with the sale he was also engaging, friendly, and compassionate. Jeff took the time to answer all of our questions, never rushed us, and made sure we felt confident in our decisions. He even walked us out to the car and helped us with our items, which really went above and beyond what we expected. It’s rare these days to meet someone in customer service who is not only kind but also truly knowledgeable and caring. Mattress Firm is lucky to have him, and customers like us are lucky to have been helped by him. We definitely need more people like Jeff in this world!
