I just returned from purchasing stearns and foster from Jake at sleep gallery. 1. He was very knowledgeable and professional in his help to choose the best mattress for my parents. 2. He gave us different options to try and importantly asked what budget we were working with to ensure he respected our purchase and time. He answered all of our questions and made sure he took his time explaining the different products, quality, warranty etc. I’ve lived in different states and have been to multiple mattress companies and this place has been the best customer experience, I’ve had in mattress industry.Thank you Jake and can’t wait for my parents to love their mattress!

I spoke to you on the phone about a month ago when you called as a very unhappy customer who had purchased an online item. During our conversation we came to the conclusion that your purchase was made with Sleep Galleria and not with Sleep Gallery. As we do not carry the product you had purchased. We also are not going out of business and we do not sell our products on line because we know the importance of coming in to test your products in person before purchasing. It seems like you made a mistake putting up a review for the wrong business. Can you kindly have your review removed as it can really hurt our business. View on GoogleMy husband and I searched locations near, and not so near, and all over the internet, and based on reviews we ended up purchasing at Sleep Gallery in Little Neck/Douglaston. Most of the other--few!--stores were chains with not great customer service. The owner here, Jake, was not only very knowledgeable, but also patient and helpful and courteous. He also offered us THE BEST prices! Free set-up, delivery and take away and pillows included. Delivery was soon and it was fast and they took care not to damage anything. And they carry what we consider to be the best brands. We highly recommend Sleep Gallery. (ps We are not Korean, or even Asian, and we were treated like valued customers.)
View on GoogleI bought 2 double mattress and frames for my kids. This purchase was my second purchase in the same store after 8 years… Although many years have passed, the owners have always been friendly and nice. I will visit this place again when I buy a bed again in the future.

I PURCHASED A SOFABED ON 10/25/2023 AND TODAY 4/5/2024, THEY TELL ME THEY CAN'T DELIVER BECAUSE THEY'RE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS BUT THEY'VE BEEN STRINGING ME ALONG FOR MONTHS!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! DISGUSTED!!! TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!
