Mattress Firm Lake Worth Towne Crossing

Christopher was incredibly helpful and knew everything about the mattresses and the technical details behind them. He took the time to explain the differences, the materials, and what would fit my sleep style. The service here is outstanding. Christopher deserves recognition for the way he treats customers. He should be considered for Mattress Firm employee of the year. The store itself is clean, well organized, and has a wide range of quality options. I felt comfortable the entire time and never rushed. This location delivers excellent service and a great overall experience. Highly recommend this Mattress Firm!

I had a great experience at the Azle location. I went in at around 7:00 and was out by 7:20. I am someone who knows what she wants when she goes shopping, I don’t like to waste time. The guy that helped didn’t try to upsell me, talk me into the most expensive bed, he listened and helped me pick out the best option. I appreciated that more than he knows. He explained the warranty thoroughly and that we had a time period to ensure that we liked the bed and could return it if we changed our mind. All in all perfect experience.

Chris at Mattress Firm was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly calm throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pressured — he took the time to really listen and helped me find the mattress that felt right for me. His relaxed and confident approach made what can be an overwhelming decision feel easy and comfortable. I truly appreciated his professionalism and would highly recommend asking for Chris.

Christopher is fantastic! He patiently made sure I found exactly what I was shopping for. He also demonstrated cool other products and features in an educational way without having any kind of pressure. I found some stuff that I wish I would have had earlier. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

I purchased my mattress at the Mattress Firm in Lake Worth. The Silver BRS900 11.75” Extra Firm, and it is exactly what I was looking for. I am truly satisfied with my purchase. What made the experience even better was the exceptional customer service, especially from the store manager, Christopher. I misunderstood some details of the purchase that I had overlooked, and both he and Tina were incredibly professional, patient, and understanding. They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I am very happy with my purchase and truly impressed by the outstanding professionalism and dedication of the entire team. Highly recommend this location!
