He took the time to explain the engineering behind every mattress in the store, from the support coils to the cooling tech, without a shred of sales pressure. He’s a great guy who genuinely wants you to get a better night's sleep. We ended up walking out with a Purple mattress and an adjustable base. As side sleepers, the pressure relief on our shoulders and hips was undeniable, and the "Zero-Gravity" feature on the base is a total game-changer for back support. Russell did a great job and fitted me for the perfect mattress. What I liked the most was that he listened to my concerns. Sometimes other places want to sell you the most expensive mattress, Russell actually took the time and had me understand why the mattress he put me on works! Chat GPT can't do that!
