Exceptional service from Bailey Guerin at this location. She was so knowledgeable, kind, patient, and flexible with me as a customer. This is such an important purchase to get right, and Bailey ensured I was taken care of even when I switched my mattress twice!! She followed up with me and made me feel like a valued client the entire time. 10/10 would recommend working with Bailey. She is the best sales professional I've ever worked with across industries.
View on GoogleVery few times have i met such an enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgable salesperson as Bailey. Her knowledge of the mattresses and their distinct qualities was amazing. She made finding the right matress for us a unique and pleasant experience, providing us with all information we needed to make our choice.
View on Google3 weeks ago I went to mattress firm to purchase 2 bed sets, pd over 6,000 . 1 of the 2 beds were correct. The purple was good. My order was messy...the adjustable base...delivered...the WRONG mattress delivered. Told me to give it a few days..should soften up. Never happened....mind you when I walked in mattressfirm, I was very clear on what I can and cannot sleep on...went back a 3rd time and informed the associate the mattress in my room says firm...so it's hard. And that I have to sleep on my couch..the bed hurt my back. So she ordered the mattress again...2nd delivery..SAME MATTRESS. Went to mattress firm again. She ordered the mattress I wanted...and the 2nd aaaand 3rd delivery was a failure...over a week of this..taking time off to be there for all 4 deliveries. Very inconvenient...the last visit to mattress firm...she was just as irritated as I was about the situation...told me ok..sit on this..can get you the beauty rest open box in another store. At this point...I'm exhausted and the WHOLE ORDEAL ...STRESSFUL. agreed. Bed delivered 4 days later. I wanted to sleep in my RUSHED DECISION/IN A MATTRESS I DID NOT ORDER for 30 days. Final points...am I happy with my purchase....absolutely not. First part of the order...flawless. 2nd absolutely HORRIBLE. Will be sending a formal complaint to corporate and bbb Mattressfirm staff we're very helpful. And the delivery men are always pleasant. Would really like to speak to cooperate regarding my concerns and issues...
View on GoogleWe needed an extra twin mattress for a trundle bed. Salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. The transaction was quick and the options were clearly explained. If we need a mattress in the future, we will definitely go to this Mattress Firm store first.
View on GoogleWe came here for a specific mattress in mind and ended up getting a better deal from their warehouse! Osman, who was assisting us, didn’t pressure us. They were very accommodating and patient as my wife and I considered our options. I would definitely suggest coming here!
