Mattress Warehouse of Arlington - Pentagon Row

We got the Kingsdown Sunham Ultra Eurotop Hybrid and we could not be happier. The bed is very comfortable, medium firm just as we wanted and we also got the adjustable base. More important for us, this location has exceptional customer service. Jane and Paul are truly there to support you. We did have an issue with our order at the beginning, but they went above and beyond to fully resolve it and to make sure we were satisfied with their service. This is what made the difference for us, their commitment to customer care is outstanding. Delivery was also quick and easy to coordinate. We will gladly recommend this mattress and this location to anyone.

My wife and I recently visited a store to find a new mattress and box spring. The sales associate, Jane, was incredibly friendly and provided excellent assistance throughout our shopping experience. She patiently answered all our questions and offered valuable insights to help us make an informed decision. Her attentive and helpful demeanor made the process of choosing much more enjoyable. We truly appreciated her dedication to ensuring we found the perfect fit for our needs. Thank you for all your help.

I had a great experience with representative Jane Y. today. She is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I used Mattress Warehouse’s h special mattress firmness determination bed (can’t describe it better than that) and we determined that I’m in the medium-firm category. I tried out 4 mattresses and 3 pillows, and found a great one. Jane provided me with a good deal with the mattress, dust mite protection products, a pillow and sheet set. Can’t wait to get all of these items!

I couldn’t be more impressed with the incredible service I received from Jane at Mattress Warehouse. She went above and beyond to help me get a mattress delivered the same day for my new apartment; something I honestly didn’t think would be possible. From the moment I walked in, Jane was friendly, knowledgeable, and completely focused on helping me find the right mattress. But what really stood out was how determined she was to make sure I didn’t spend my first night in the new place without a bed. She made phone calls, checked every option, coordinated with the delivery team, and somehow made it all happen seamlessly. Thanks to her hard work and professionalism, I was able to settle into my new apartment comfortably on day one. Jane is the definition of outstanding customer service, and Mattress Warehouse is lucky to have her. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Mattress Warehouse thanks to Jane. She took the time to understand my needs, explained all the options clearly, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out. I’m very happy with my purchase!
