We got the Kingsdown Sunham Ultra Eurotop Hybrid and we could not be happier. The bed is very comfortable, medium firm just as we wanted and we also got the adjustable base. More important for us, this location has exceptional customer service. Jane and Paul are truly there to support you. We did have an issue with our order at the beginning, but they went above and beyond to fully resolve it and to make sure we were satisfied with their service. This is what made the difference for us, their commitment to customer care is outstanding. Delivery was also quick and easy to coordinate. We will gladly recommend this mattress and this location to anyone.

I used Mattress Warehouse’s h special mattress firmness determination bed (can’t describe it better than that) and we determined that I’m in the medium-firm category. I tried out 4 mattresses and 3 pillows, and found a great one. Jane provided me with a good deal with the mattress, dust mite protection products, a pillow and sheet set. Can’t wait to get all of these items!
