Sleep Number

The husband and I visitied this store on a week night. The store is easily accessible, very clean, and has an open spacious store floor layout. It was a comfortable space to test mattresses. We parked around the corner in the supermarker lot. Mark assisted us in-store was great! He was knowledgeable about the different models, operating them, and the nuances with each. He listened to what we were looking for in a mattress and to what our lifestyle requirements were (fitting a very 'move often' Mil lifestyle). He provided options and gave honest recommendations based on that. He was also knowledgeable about our much older sleep number bed. We decided on a new mattress during our first visit; since we the mattress will likely last us a long time, we probably won't be back, but if I was in the market again, I would trust Mark at this location to help me out.

Tremendous experience! I purchased a sleep number bed many years ago… I knew what I wanted going into the store, but needed to see options. Eddie went through many iterations of options to see what fit my needs and budget. Then, he ensured I got all the incentives and discounts possible. I wasn’t going to buy a bed that day. I was just looking at options. Eddie presented such a compelling case for the newest models and options that I simply could not leave without making a purchase. There was no pressure. The experience can be described as an absolute professional presenting all available options with the customers needs and budgetary concerns in mind. After making the decision to purchase the bed plus furniture, Eddie split the invoice so that the bed would arrive within days while the furniture was being custom built—taking weeks. I bought the bed 3 days ago and it arrived today! As I mentioned, I have a sleep number bed already. This was a new purchase and I highly recommend this store for your sleep needs. Eddie was very accommodating and professional. He had all the answers to my vast list of questions. A++!!!

Mark was very professional in his experience at catering to my needs and not just trying to sale me something. His tenacity, ethnicity and professionalism are Qualities that is hard to turn away from. I am truly grateful to have Mark as my moving forward permanent sales sleep number representative. Sincerely appreciate!

Mark was the best sales person that I have dealt with in the last 20+ years. His knowledge of the products, friendly demeanor and honesty made all the difference.

Zeus was super friendly and helpful! He worked with me to really understand my current sleep experience and help me find the right bed. Highly recommend
