Mattress Firm Lawrence

I had never been to Mattress Firm before, but I am so glad I did! You can lay on every bed they have on the floor, which is quite the selection. Being able to see what feels best. They also have a variety of pillows. The staff was incredibly helpful! Kristi my sales associate was awesome! She explained the ends and outs of each mattress. Many different price options, depending on what you're looking for. Also finance options if you can't pay it all up front. They will deliver your bed to you! Even set it up if you'd like, and take your old bed, for a fee of course, but it is helpful. I am so happy with my new bed, it is exceedingly comfortable.

They are very informative, patient and seems to genuinely care about providing you the best mattress for a better nights sleep. Kristi is amazing the manager as well. They provided me the best deal possible to ensure I was happy and I was. Thank you so much! Truly good experience and you can’t beat the 120 night sleep trial. Who else does that!? No one. Need knowledgeable great customer service. This is the place.

I had an amazing experience working with Kaitlyn at Mattress Firm. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right mattress—not just making a sale. She listened to what I needed, explained the differences between each option clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Highly recommend!

Kristi was amazing. She knew the inventory and had great questions which quickly narrowed choices, this saved us a lot of time. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t upsell the top price point. Then, bonus moment, the delivery was faster than expected. Excellent customer service is so refreshing.

The associate was very patient and knowledgeable as we looked through many options. The store was clean and comfortable and we were able to find great options at our local store!
