Mattress Firm Olathe Station

My husband and I went in the store to see if they had mattress wedge toppers for reflux and the sales person Robert was very kind and never pushy showed us another way of adjusting our head up by getting their adjustable base that works for any mattress. We spent a good deal of time trying out the sample on the floor with remote control. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and showed us the difference between models since there are several to pick from. We decided it was a great investment as my husband and I are in our retirement years and getting older and would benefit from something more permanent than a wedge topper. We are excited about our order with 0% interest financing available and free delivery. They even set up your base and cart off old boxes. Would definitely use them again for any mattress purchase down the road. Great customer service!!! Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience purchasing our mattress from Rob. He was professional, knowledgeable, and realistic throughout the entire process. Rather than putting you under pressure as a sale tactic, Rob took the time to understand our needs and provided honest recommendations that fit our budget. I truly appreciated his professionalism and excellent customer service. Mattress Firm not only had good in store customer service but from start to finish even their delivery service was great. If you're looking for a quality mattress and someone easy to work with, then look no further.

Rob was great to work with. My sister and I were helping our older father get a new adjustable bed. Rob explained things to us and our dad so he felt at ease buying a new bed. Rob never rushed us or pushed us into any price point and explained all the different features of each bed that we looked at. We left happy with getting the bed dad decided on. He made the experience easy.

Adriane is AMAZING! Adriane (Sleep Expert) at Mattress Firm made my experience super easy and stress-free. She helped me choose the perfect mattress, bed frame, and all the essentials with great knowledge and no pressure. Friendly, professional, and truly helpful — highly recommend asking for her!

My wife and I were in search of a new mattress and possibly bed frame. She had an idea of what mattress she wanted and we both knew what we didn’t want. We chose to stop in to Mattress Firm to begin our search. As soon as we stepped in the door we were greeted by Rob who immediately made us feel like we had made the right choice. Rob was super personable and had the best attitude throughout the entire process. We started by answering some questions about what we like and dislike when it comes to sleeping, what we’re wanting out of a new mattress and what our price range was. After working through everything Rob was really informative about the types of mattresses they had and what would probably work the best for us based on our wants and needs. He suggested we test out 3 or 4 that were specific to what we wanted. All along the way Rob was able to explain the differences in the mattresses and compare them to each other so we had a better understanding of how they would fit our needs. We mentioned about a possible adjustable frame and Rob walked us through a couple options. He explained the benefits of one over the other and how it would enhance our sleep quality. At no point did we feel pressured to buy anything at all. When it was all said and done, we purchased a new mattress and adjustable bed frame for us and a new mattress for our daughter. Rob went far above and beyond what we were expecting from a salesman. The conversation flowed freely the entire time and made the experience so much less stressful. If you’re looking for a mattress I would absolutely recommend coming to Mattress Firm and asking for Rob. His friendliness and professionalism were outstanding and there’s no doubt we would go back and purchase from him again.
