The Mattress Hub Lawrence, KS

We went to Mattress Hub for the first time and what the service we received from Phil was just out of this world. Arranged delivery of our first bed in America, and what a pleasure if was to deal with the drivers. They called to confirm if we are home and if not they will wait for us until we are, they were prompt when I texted them to let them know we were home. Thank you Mattress Hub for the amazing experience of purchasing our first bed.

Both John and Phil are very knowledgeable about all of their mattresses and products. John patiently explained the specific features of their products and guided me to be able to decide which would best for me. I appreciated John’s patience in letting me take my time making a decision with no pressure to buy. Although I don’t live in Lawrence, it was definitely worth the drive to find exactly what I needed at a reasonable price.

Phil was awesome and so helpful yesterday! He was super personable, friendly, and made the mattress buying process super easy. I also didn’t know that Mattress Hub is a locally-Kansas owned business so I’m happy to support!! Thank you for all the help!

Excellent help from mattress Hub..Phil in particular. I remembered him very well from going into the store over a year ago. He knew exactly what was wrong with the bed I had purchased previously. So I still remembered him and how helpful he was. He fixed me right up and new bed will be coming shortly. He even let me bring in my own pillow since I have a neck problem...I would highly recommend him..as well as Matress Hub.

Not only great stock of mattresses of great quality, but the service was an excellent experience. Not just the run-of-the-mill service and recommendations, but from their personal experience and truly wanting to make sure I got what I needed. Phil is a truly honest, grounded, and knowledgeable person, and paired with his kindness and hospitality. Great place to get a mattress that you’ll know will conclude with a great mattress.
