My husband and I met with James today at the Harrisburg location. He was very informative, knowledgeable, outgoing and helped us through the entire process of our brand new bed purchase. He made sure to explain everything well and in detail. He didn't try to upsell us on anything and wasn't pushy what so ever which made the experience even better. The location itself was huge with a lot of options. Seemed clean. We will have our new. Ed delivered on Tuesday and we look forward to it. He listened to everything and was so very helpful and patient. He was informative and was not overbearing at all. James gave us space to talk and make decisions but was also readily available if we had questions. Hands down I would recommend Mattress Firm and James to anyone looking for a new bed!
