Ashley Store

This is the first time I buy from this furniture store. I placed a large order with multiple deliveries due to inventory shortages. This brand does a good job on the sales side at the stores; their customer service team over the phone is friendly but very inefficient and not empowered. The problems you are going to experience are on the delivery side and lack of follow up to their own mistakes (continuously). The furniture arrives broken or defective. So far, I have experienced four deliveries where items were broken or defective. Additionally, their delivery staff makes mistakes -not wearing gloves and staining your furniture, they don’t inspect the furniture before the delivery. Make sure you send back any items you are not happy with; otherwise the item will be deemed as a repair making the process even more painful. I’m on month two from my original purchase and their delivery team just sent the wrong replacement item. I know this store offers value and promotions; my recommendation is for you to shop somewhere else and don’t put yourself at risk of receiving defective items or spending a ridiculous amount of time and effort dealing with delivery mistakes and product quality issues. Here is an additional note for the public to see how they can be ignored over and over by AF. Thank you "AF's owner" for replying to my review. I replied to you the same day but I have not heard back from you since (a week ago already).

Scotty was amazing! Very knowledgeable, and we didn't feel pressured into any decisions. We ended up purchasing more then we came in for which was really nice especially considering we came in to browse for future ideas. Will definitely be looking forward to having Scotty help up with future purchases. I included pictures of the sets we ended up purchasing.

Amazing experience with Ashley Furniture! Our consultant Arta ♥️ was absolutely amazing — so kind, patient, and helpful. She explained everything clearly, didn’t rush us at all, and helped us choose exactly what we needed, including great mattresses. The manager was also very professional and welcoming, which made the whole in-store experience smooth and enjoyable. The delivery process was just as great — everything was well-organized and easy to track. Nigel and his team did an incredible job: everything was assembled in about 30 minutes, and they cleaned up all the trash afterward. Fast, smooth, and completely stress-free service. We’re very happy with both the service and the furniture quality. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my experience at Ashley, especially with the wonderful young lady Jax. I ultimately purchased my perfect choice of recliners elsewhere at the very last stop and "test drive" of recliners, otherwise I was headed back to Ashley and to Jax who in my opinion was probably the best sales person I've ever encountered. She had the right mix of attentiveness and willingness to give me information and let me browse without pressure. I will return to Ashley for any further furniture needs first, specifically because of Jax

John, Luna and Jay were amazing. John walked around the store a few times trying to help me find pieces I liked and even stayed an hour after he was supposed to leave. I left to look at Rooms to go and such a waste of time when comparing quality of the furniture and the service. I went straight back and Luna and Jay helped me finishing ordering and setting up delivery since John had to go. Highly recommend all of them and cant wait till my furniture is delivered.
