Sleep Number

Rick was very good at answering our questions but not being pushy at all. He followed up but again was helpful but not pushy. He also was very honest about returns and upfront about any possible costs. Then when we called to make our order, Trenton was very helpful and helped get everything set up. We would recommend this store without hesitation.

The salesman was very friendly & professional. He helped me get the best price on my order using the best options of Primos & discounts. Highly recommend

Went in to buy a bed and the salesman Frank was awesome. He walked us through 3 different beds and bases answering all of our questions. When it was time to buy the options we wanted were not covered so he called the DM and got it covered. If you need a new bed go see Frank at sleep number.

My husband and I bought the split top king a few years ago. We love it! Now he can have his side soft and I can have a firmer side. We both are very happy. At one point his side lost all air and wouldn't stay inflated. We called customer service and a new one was sent to us. It was pretty easy to install and we haven't had an issue since. The best feature with our particular bed is the partner snore function. If he starts snoring, I hit the button and it gently lifts his side of the bed just enough that it reduces his snoring so he feels better and I can sleep. 😊 We also purchased the base that not only lifts our heads, but will also lift our legs. It is very comfy and is a great help when changing the sheets. This is a big investment. Make sure to pay attention when salespeople explain about the warranty and about returns. The base is furniture and is not included in the 30 day return. I do suggest taking the 30 days to test the mattress at different settings until you find the one that's right for you. It did take about two weeks until I found my setting. Their bed linen is expensive, but you can get less expensive sets elsewhere that will fit. All in all a great investment!

The Sleep Number was very welcoming and clean. Frank was great in showing all of our options and his knowledge was great as he brought items up that we did not think of!!! I highly recommend this store.
