We visited the Northpoint store to follow up on a warranty claim on a previous purchase. Colin the sales representative was extremely helpful, walked us through a variety of options and price points. He was able to outline the benefits and features of a number of product options to suit both our needs and budget. He processed our warranty and purchase quickly and efficiently. Concluded on Thursday afternoon with delivery scheduled for Saturday. All in all excellent service.

Ola greeted me immediately when I walked in the door. I had a lot of questions and he had a lot of great answers and a lot of patience! When I said I would be back in touch, he did not pressure me at all. I returned back to the store and Ola stayed late to assist me. I would highly recommend anyone who is in market for a mattress to visit Ola. He is incredibly courteous and very knowledgeable!!!
