The staff at this location was great. We worked with Micah who offered superb customer service. We purchased two recliners that had to arrive on a specific date and Micah went out of his way to verify cross country delivery. He did a fantastic job keeping us informed. Hire more like him! Highly recommend.

"I purchased a custom office chair here in December 2025. While the products are high-end, the customer service experience has been incredibly frustrating due to broken promises and 'gaslighting' regarding service agreements. After significant delays, my salesperson, Micah, explicitly offered me free home delivery on January 22nd to compensate for the inconvenience. However, once the chair arrived in February, the store reneged on this, claiming they never said it and citing a '$600 discount' that actually only amounts to $450.70 on my receipt. To be fair, they did give me a free foot roller at the time f purchase so that could be how they come to $600. Furthermore, be aware of their restrictive 'no refund' contract. While their invoice claims you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return items, they later claimed I am only eligible for a floor model exchange. By the time the furniture actually arrives, the timelines are so convoluted that you feel trapped in the purchase. I strongly recommend getting every single verbal promise in writing immediately, as this store does not seem to honor its word once the payment has cleared."

We live in Greensboro, Ga. 100 miles from their shop. We boughtn our second mattress from them Jan 2025. They said they would deliver it on Saturday. It snowed so we canceled. Then the Owner and his 2 daughters delivered it and hauled away the old mattress. It was great service. The Owner, a former marine is really continuous about his stores, products and service. They are great.

I recently purchased a new ergonomic office chair after replacing cheap “executive” style ones every few years. Andre (Owner) was extremely helpful and took the time to set me up in each chair so I could compare them easily. No high pressure sales pitches just the facts about each chair and any pros/cons. So far very happy with my chair and the shopping experience was great. Thanks Andre!

Andre is the best, very knowledgeable and helpful with all products. Explained pricing and features, everything was fantastic. Currently building a house and will be back to buy a chair.
