I wasn't sure how many stars to give because I'm not in love with the mattress, but the buying experience was great. I do encourage you to go in and visit Valeree. She was so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and a lot of fun. We tried a bunch of mattresses and thought we the one. It been an adjustment. While there are times I love the adjustable base (our first), there are times I hate it. I thought the hybrid mattress was the way to go since we've tried all foam in the past, and that didn't work for me either. My husband doesn't have as many issues and is a better sleeper in general. I haven't slept well consistently for years, but I'll keep trying!

This was an amazing experience. The mattresses are sold at great prices and the customer service is out of this world. The Original Mattress Factory is going to be the only place I go to for anything bedding related from now on. You are in for a treat if Clayton is working the day you decide to visit! Clayton is a wonderful person who knows what he is talking about and knows how to communicate it in a way that makes YOU feel like you've become an expert on the subject matter in mere minutes. Clayton was able to pick out the perfect mattress and pillow top combination to fit me and my partner Ashley's particular needs. The mattress was delivered three days after we purchased and it was easy to put it into place. And after our first night's rest? It was the best sleep we've gotten in years! Louis did a fantastic job helping me find the right bed. He is knowledgeable and friendly. He made the process so easy. The delivery guys were amazing! They negotiated a steep driveway, then had to get the frame and mattress into a tight area. Everything was done perfectly. The adjustable bed with the orthopedic luxury firm is fantastic! Finally, I can sleep through the night.

The woman that we met first was very kind and welcoming; the mattresses are SO high quality and definitely inexpensive (a local, customizable opinion, too). Recommended! (the support on the beds is impeccable and unblemished)

This was a great experience from start to finish! Clayton in the store was very knowledgable, helpful and patient. The purchase and delivery went very smoothly, in our case two days later. Delivery guys did a great job, on time and efficient. The followup from the company was a nice touch. And it's a great mattress at a good price too! All around great, I'd do it again!
