Zach was so helpful! He directed us to our price point, explained all the different firmness options, and then gave us time and space to discuss our purchase. His friendly demeanor never made us feel pressured. It was a great experience overall.

Had a great experience at the Firm. Nick was our salesman and welcomed us in. He was very professional and knows his stuff. After listening to my wife explaining her problems with our current mattress Nick was able to guide us and recommend what we hope will be the perfect mattress for us. 120 day trial, if its not the one we can try something different. Would highly recommend Nick and Mattress Firm for your next purchase!!

I called the store with product questions about a mattress protector & sheets for my new Tempurpedic. I spoke with Zach & he was amazing. He was well versed in product knowledge & provided information about a brand I wasn’t even aware of & it was less expensive than what I was originally looking at. I placed my order, he sent me a text to review & pay & it was done! I never stepped foot in the store & I still received top notch service! Thanks Zach for a great customer experience!

Our salesman, John, was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. He answered questions we didn't know we had. He was not pushy AT ALL! Just the opposite. Told us about the mattresses in every range and left the decision to us. We had to reapply for credit because Matress Firm bought Sleep Expert and that's who our account was through. We sat on a matress while he located our old account on a tablet and updated it. We were offered some VERY good financing options. We made our purchase on Wednesday November 19th and they are delivering on Saturday 22nd. Very fast! We weren't sure if John was the manager, if he's not he should be. Very professional!
