Shaquille O’Neal, they are definitely not upholding your standards. Still waiting on a refund since November 2025. Beware!! I am paying top dollar for the Sound Tech by Shaq. I originally received a sofa with a very messed up arm that i unfortunately do not have a picture of because i assumed they would bring me a replacement that was acceptable. After two attempts and trying to deliver damaged and questionably new replacements I finally accepted the set that i am posting pictures of. The lumbar doesn't work on one side of the sofa and the "leather" is so thin and cheap that the love seat already has a couple of noticeable scratches from installation. I was told by customer care that they only allow 3 replacements and that I wasn't allowed to replace my damaged furniture because of the arms. I also purchase the service agreement. I am paying around $7000 and have yet to receive new condition and fully functioning furniture. I was also told I could exchange it for store credit but absolutely no refund of any kind. After questioning the refund policy I was told I could receive a refund minus a 20% restock fee, $1400. I have taken off work three days to receive replacements. Two months have passed and I still have unacceptable furniture. Not only is this frustrating and inconvenient, customer service treats me like I am at fault. They don't care to make things right so long as they get their money!

My husband and I went to look at furniture for our new home and Scott was amazing!! He wasn't pushy and allowed us to browse with no pressure. He had a great personality and was patient while we were going back and forth trying to decide what we wanted. He was also great with our 3 year old who was running around !!
