Sleep Outfitters of Massillon

​I recently visited Sleep Outfitters, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked through the door, I was thoroughly impressed by the overall atmosphere of the location. The store is incredibly clean, beautifully organized, and structured in a way that makes exploring your options an absolute breeze. ​What truly sets this location apart, however, is the fantastic customer service. I was assisted by Marti, who was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. Marti was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to genuinely understand exactly what I was looking for in a mattress. ​Shopping for a bed can often feel overwhelming, but Marti made it completely stress-free. There were absolutely no high-pressure sales pushing tactics used at any point. Instead of trying to force a quick sale or steer me toward the most expensive model, Marti focused entirely on helping me find the right fit for my comfort and needs. It was refreshing to experience a retail environment where the staff prioritizes customer satisfaction over a aggressive sales pitch. ​Between the immaculate storefront and the top-tier, personalized service, Sleep Outfitters has earned a lifelong customer. If you are in the market for a new mattress and want a smooth, transparent, and pleasant shopping experience, do yourself a favor and stop by this store. July 4th 2026 called store I was in Alaska and spoke with Marti which turns out to be a blessing. We spoke and exchanged text about what I would be looking for. She said there was a sale going on and I ask if she would honor it if I came in when back from Alaska. Today July 11th I visited the store..could not be more impressed with the service and patience Marti had. She gave her word and stuck to it.. Purchased a bed after consuming about 3 plus hours of her time. She knows her job extremely well. She represents the Sleep Outfitters in the most to flattering light. The lady deserves a bonus, a raise, dinner, or lunch, and perhaps a gift certificate to the Giant Eagle next door. She'll be a hard one to replace if ever decides to move on, wins the lottery, or something else.....who knows. Anyway you shake it she's a asset and deserves the best Sleep Outfitters can provide. Nick, from the Massillon location, was excellent. I had been to two other stores looking for a mattress, the first salesman acted like he didn’t want us there. The second salesman utilized every sleazy sales technique he could… then, we ended up at sleep outfitters/mattress warehouse, and just like Goldilocks and the three bears, the third salesman was perfect. I told his boss how great Nick had been, over the phone, and he asked if I’d be willing to leave a review… no problem, Nick didn’t try to upsell me, didn’t try to push and was helpful when picking a mattress. He answered every question patiently and got me a great price. I know where to go, now, if I need anything mattress related. As a side note, the kingsdown wilcrest was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid on and it only took a couple days to be delivered.

Marti was very helpful and answered all of our questions about the different mattresses. She did the assessment to help us find the best mattress. I would highly recommend her for your go to salesperson.
