Outstanding products and end to end service. Jim was incredibly patient, helping us to work through options and styles. Joe and team ensured the delivery and set up were flawless. I can't say enough good things about this team and their products. If you are looking for furniture and haven't tried them, I recommend you do! We are in Columbus and it's worth the drive to their store!

I had an accident where I broke four vertebrae in my lower back. When I came home from the hospital, I was ready to crawl into my flexsteel recliner and sleep for a week. It was Friday at 2:30 when I was released and when I got home, my recliner was broken!!! I was in full panick mode and called Don. I cant wait until Monday! Within 30 minutes their repairman was in my living room and my recliner was fully operational. I WILL NEVER FORGET DON AND CASEY'S COUNTRYSIDE. Good luck getting that kind of service anywhere else. We are lifetime customers !

We love this store. Large selection of higher quality furniture like Flexsteel and Smith Brothers. Wonderful staff like Don and Vicki. No pressure, high knowledge and takes all the time you need while also giving their thoughtful input and help with color and fabric advice. No delivery charge and the best price around (we did comparative shops). One year no interest financing and great service after the sale. We have bought all of our furniture from them for 27 years. We bought our entire upholstery for our living room yesterday and highly recommend. Thank you Don and Vicki.

Words can't express the professional expertise, and excellent service we experienced this week. Above and beyond just buying a piece of furniture. The delivery team was equally accommodating.
