By the time I showed up with my Daughter, this was our last stop as we were searching for a Queen size mattress for my 14 year old queen. Third stop if you are the counting type. We provided Andrew with our price range and request for Firm. He took us directly to what we requested. No pressure. No push up. Daughter tried it out, liked the 2nd mattress and Andrew had us out the door in record time. Under 30 minutes easy. The Mob really is efficient with this industry. It’s a good lick. Greg and Andrew were simply amazing in helping me pick my mattress and get it shipped to me. They were very knowledgeable about what that do and you can tell they are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. One thing that set them above any other mattress store is that they do not pressure you into buying the mattress as most places do. Sure they want to sell you a mattress, but they also want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase. Not even sure where to start. Philip was beyond amazing and made the entire process a breeze. I like that he was knowledgeable on everything in the store and although he is a salesman he never made me feel pressured. Also, he never tried to sale me on anything just because it was available. He was attentive to my needs/wants in a mattress then showed me several options across several price ranges. I ended up going with the Posturepedic Elite Hybrid High Point II 14” medium king mattress. From the time I laid on it I knew it was the one for me and with all the detail Philip gave on the build and structure of the mattress I had to have it. Additionally, I went with the TEMPUR-Ergo 3.0 adjustable base king. This thing had so many options that I never even considered before. Once again, Philip took the time and went through each option and the benefits of each. He set up the shipping and installation for me which only took 10 minutes to install at my home upon arrival . All around Philip is the best and if you are in the market for a new mattress, frame/base or any bedding they offer make sure to go in and ask for him. I’ll definitely be going back to see him to help with bedding for my guest bedrooms.
