When you need Nice but not Extravagant- I purchased a bed and mattress from Ashley Furniture last night! Megan and Tammy made my experience so far effortless and amazing. I was so happy with my purchase I teared up a bit. I received much needed information from her.She is so knowledgeable. My next purchase will be a sofa. I know where to go now for great service and awesome clean and modern furniture.

We had a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture a week or so ago. Our salesman was Darry and he couldn't have been better. He was super friendly and not pushy at all. He asked us what we were looking for and immediately led us in the right direction. He said he has been in the business for a long time and it shows. He knew his product that matched our needs. We made major purchases and were in and out in less than an hour. That included getting the 12 months same as cash. We are extremely happy with experience and highly recommend Darry!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Darry at Ashley's in Mobile; 5 stars just don't cover this experience. By nature I'm extremely indecisive... and in this economy, I think we're all a little more gun shy when it comes to bigger ticket items. Being a good salesperson is really a balancing act; you want your salesperson to be available without smothering you. This gentleman has this down pat. He'd come check on me and answer any questions thoroughly, even if that meant walking across the store to the computer to get more specific information. He simultaneously gave me room to look around without feeling pressured. I'd been back to the store multiple times before (finally!) deciding to make a purchase, and never once did Darry seem irritated or pushy when i didn't make a decision. If you want EXCELLENT customer service from an extremely knowledgeable and personable individual, please ask for Mr Shoeman. You won't regret it!!

James helped me choose a couch that was able to fit in my apartment and is made of washable fabric. Bonus is it is made with pet friendly material! Best purchase I have made in a long time.

I had an amazing experience at Ashley! I came in knowing I wanted a new living room set, and my must-haves were that my feet could dangle comfortably and that the seating felt supportive. Cody was wonderful. He let me talk his ear off, sit on almost every living room set, and really listened to what I wanted to help me narrow down my choice. He was knowledgeable about everything they had to offer and was never pushy. Ultimately, I bought from Ashley not just because the furniture was nice, but because of the excellent service Cody provided.
