Recently my husband and I purchased a new bed set with the help of Greg. We are from south Florida, haven’t had time to go shopping and while we on this weekend get away - we thought we would just check out the options and get to feel the firmness. We walked into the store without intention to buy and both had secret worry about being in Appalachia as a gay couple bed shopping. Non judgemental, informative, knowledgeable. A great experience. We ended up buying a complete setup. Thank you Greg !
View on GoogleI had a very difficult time selecting the proper mattress for great support and comfort at the same time. With previous back surgery it was essential to have both. David, at the Merrimon store in Asheville was very professional with his suggestions. The first choice was too firm, and Mattress Firm exchanged it without any hesitation. I highly recommend David to make your choice.
View on Googlehonestly, 10/10 experience for my first time buying a new mattress. really enjoyed the employees and appreciated the interaction with both of them. a special two thumbs up for the lady that had only been there a week. she crushed it.
View on GoogleDavid at Mattress Firm was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, he was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the differences between each mattress, and made sure we were confident in our choice without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. His expertise and genuine interest in helping us find the right fit made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for David if you're shopping for a mattress — he made all the difference!
View on GoogleWe needed a mattress immediately for my daughter. The store associate set up three options to let her choose. We were able to find her the best mattress and take it home with us on the spot.
