I spoke with Heather over the phone before I went to the store. She was very friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. My husband and I went into the store today to see Heather about purchasing my new mattress and we ended up purchasing 2 mattresses, a frame, mattress protectors and sheets. Heather has provided the BEST customer service I have ever received here in NC in the 10 years I've lived here.
View on GoogleThe staff is wonderful as always, extremely patient and they actually hear your concerns. Third mattress I bought from this location since Black Friday weekend. One mattress for myself, one mattress for a friend and one mattress for my guest room. Always go when there is a sale, amazing prices for Black Friday weekend, Memorial Day and now Fourth of July.
View on GoogleBill, was the best salesman! He explained each brand of bedding and what they did! My husband and I did not feel rushed or like we had to buy something! He took his times with us as we tried several different adjustable beds before finding the one we both liked! We are very pleased with his customer service & we love our new bed!
View on GoogleHeather was a great salesperson. She was very thorough, friendly and professional. She went over all the options for my general needs and budget. This is our third purchase from here and we'll definitely be back and will refer Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a bed. Dion and Richard were my delivery/set up men. They were awesome, super friendly, very knowledgeable about the adjustable base and just all around professional.Thank you all for a wonderful experience.
View on GoogleMy sleep expert, Karin, was wonderful to work with. I normally prefer to shop online because I hate high pressure salespeople that give information overload. But after browsing the website and selecting a mattress, I decided to go in store to try it out. I am very glad I did. Karin was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She simply allowed me to explore the available options and was able to answer my questions and assist with my concerns. I chose to upgrade my mattress after trying it side by side with other models. It really is important to try a mattress in person to select the best fit for your needs. I asked for time to make a decision and there was zero pressure. The financing option for zero percent interest is great. Karin assisted my with my purchase and reviewed the details for accuracy and my satisfaction. I absolutely recommend visiting this location.
