Just in time to save my aching back, the knowledgable sales associate at Mattress Firm was able to find me an elusive ultra firm. Justin went out of his way to solve my specific needs which included: back support, a fair price, and rapid availability. I would highly recommend Justin at the Asheville Mall store if you’re neeting some help in finding a great mattress at an affordable price.

Having a king sized bed 3 + feet high and in my late 70’s needed to find a way to lower. Walked into Mattress Firm below the mall and found a person that had product knowledge, personality and authentic interest in our needs. After purchase could only say could not have been a better experience. Renewed my faith in companies training salesman.

My new Tempur-Pedic mattress is fine. The adjustable base & mattress are too low on the floor. My other Tempur-Pedic bed was much taller & didn’t cause my “bad back” hurt trying to bend over to make it up. My bed & base was delivered 06-04-26 in Weaverville, NC The installers were not able to haul my old Tempur-Pedic Bed & Base off, cause there was no room on the bed. The installers said I needed a t-bar to connect my bed to the headboard? If I ordered the t-bar, they still could not connect it cause they could not touch my furniture? I spoke to their Supervisor, and he confirmed it? Last Temper-pedic be & base, everything was Disclosed & co. Extend on the spot. Have same Headboad, that I had when we bought the first one in Merritt Island Florida!
