The guys that delivered our headboard and frame went above and beyond to make me happy. So did Brandon back at Slumberland when we were having problems with the pedestals being too short. Thanks so much
View on GoogleIf you’re shopping for furniture in Minot, do yourself a favor and ask for Hannah at Slumberland. She was the perfect salesperson, not because she sold us something, but because she genuinely helped us find exactly what we needed. She gave us space to look, never hovered, never pressured us, and somehow managed to be available whenever we had a question. Hannah listened to what we wanted, paid attention to our needs, and helped guide us toward the perfect couch without ever making us feel like we were being “sold” to. In a world where furniture shopping can sometimes feel overwhelming, she made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. Her approach was professional, knowledgeable, and refreshingly low-pressure. She struck that rare balance of being helpful without being pushy, which made all the difference. The couch is fantastic, but the customer service is what we’ll remember. Thank you, Hannah, for making what could have been a stressful decision feel effortless.
View on GoogleGreat experience, and lots of options. John, the staff member that helped us was very knowledgeable and and wasnt super pushy like a lot of other furniture stores ive visited in the past. Reasonable prices, good staff, and a variety of options to choose from. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleA decent amount of furniture options and capabilities for different designs/colors of most furniture in store. Fantastic staff members who instantly jump the gun to try and help you find what you need. Although there were not many options for simple black for most couches, especially sectionals. They have many options for clearance, most of which are decent prices/items.
View on GoogleWent on short notice after my Aunt had bought a chair my wife of 41 yrs. And they actually sold me the floor model and won't have a replacement till June. The wife is going to love mother day. Thank you very much. You rule. 2 thumbs up
