Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

Excellent store at Kenwood Town Center. Kyle Smith was our first contact. Outstanding. Knowledgeable and allowed time for us to explore. We had follow up questions and he was superb in providing responses. Our follow up visit was hosted by Erin Camp. She was simply outstanding in her approach, her responsiveness and her attention to detail. She perfectly allowed us to set the pace of our inquiries and decision process. We could not be more satisfied with the customer relationship this professional team developed with us. Ultimate recommendation for this store/team.

I’ve been to a handful of places looking for a pillow. This is the only place where they seemed genuinely trying to help vs just selling the highest priced pillow they have in stock. I worked with Alex and Ritchie. They were both great and had a lot of knowledge and got me what I needed. If you need a bed things and are dreading going to look for it like I was, start here. Genuinely good people.

I went to a couple different mattress stores with zero intention of even going into the Tempur-pedic store. Unimpressed with other offerings though I was encouraged to try it. It was like a night and day experience. Ritchie was perfect sales associate - knowledgeable but no pressure. Had immediate answers to all questions. And the product itself was superior. I was warned it wouldn’t feel quite the same when it arrived, and having been delivered in 20degree weather I can attest to feeling like my coffin would likely feel more plush. After warming up it has been very nice. Delivery/setup was easy which was also in stark contrast to other options I’d shopped. Split king fit perfectly in my current king frame as promised! Have only had it a few days but so far it’s a highly recommend! Side note: I was also hesitant to shop at Kenwood for fear of price being elevated but learned, like Apple etc, the price is the same regardless so you are better off at the flagship Kenwood store. Update 4 months later and love my bed! Really glad I sprang for exactly what I wanted.

Starting with Erin, the team at Tempur-Pedic in Kenwood—which also included Steven and Ritchie—was super helpful and patient with all our questions. Buying a new bed is fraught with all kinds of decisions, but they made it as easy as possible and were very knowledgeable about the various models. And because they all personally have Tempur-Pedic beds, we could trust their expertise beyond "book knowledge." It's genuine, lived experience. I highly recommend Erin and anyone on her team.
