Purple - Kenwood Towne Centre

First of all, Kevin is AWESOME! He made us feel like friends from the second we stepped in the store. We (in full transparency) were not going to buy a mattress - we just wanted to test it out. He spent time with us and even stayed after the store closed to help us with our purchase. 10/10 recommend

Ashley was amazing, she was the sweetest human being ever and help me try all the different pillows and it’s been difficult finding the perfect pillow with my neck problem. But she just made my draft and I’m ready to order them and I’m so excited to sleep on the new pillows and Ashely was truthful and honest and made it clear of what I would need and dealt with me for about 30 minutes haha. An amazing lady and trust worthy, was an amazing experience.

Do yourself a favor and go see Jevin at this location. They are an absolute gem and incredibly helpful in perusing all of the wonderful options at Purple. I cannot speak highly enough of their professional enthusiasm and personable nature.

I didn't know this was here but ive been looking to get a purple butt pillow. Stopped in and the friendly staff let me try them out and gave me helpful suggestions. I feel alot more confident in my future purchase and had a lovely conversation with Bob.
