Mattress Firm Natick

Don assisted me with purchasing a mattress for my elderly mother in Texas. He went over the process and how the store in Texas would deliver the mattress. He made me feel at ease, although I went into the store not sure which mattress to pick. He took the time and gave suggestions of which one would be best for my mom. Natick store was the best.

Sam is a fantastic salesman. He started by asking me what mattress characteristics I was looking for. He then showed me several different kinds of mattresses, starting with the least expensive and working up in price at my request. He gave me candid feedback on each mattress, and I never felt any pressure from him to buy a particular kind of mattress. He was professional, courteous, and prompt to respond to my questions. Sam is a tremendous credit to MattressFirm.

Donald was beyond helpful! He guided us through every step of the way, explained the differences between mattresses so well, made sure we were completely comfortable with the purchase and most of all had us leaving with smiles on our faces. Could not imagine a better experience!

I had called in the morning to inquire about a Sealy Posturpedic Pillowtop mattress which was on sale. Sam took the call and was easy and very pleasant to deal with as well as accommodating to my needs which was very helpful. Even though the one I want was not in the store he explained that there was another step up to that mattress which will give you the same feel that I could test out. He answered every question and was patient and kind. I came in later in day and made the purchase with Sam. He’s a good listener as I have had a lot of medical issues and stresses and I very much appreciated his kindness especially in this world we live in today!
