Easy, no stress browsing. John helped us out while looking for a sectional couch. He was kind and very knowledgeable. We appreciated not being hounded by salespeople but also the fact that they were available should we have questions. Great selection on the main floor as well as the discount area, don't forget about the discount area!

Both Jill Casio and Justin Forsythe offered great service to help us to find our new bedroom furniture and mattress. They were patient and detail oriented. We did not feel being rushed and took our time for decisions with additional knowledge.

Nice place but patio furniture came without seat covers which were clearly displayed on showroom. They don't even stock them. What?? Our table came with a central fire propane feature but the ignition switch panel was installed upside down and backwards. Paid over $2000.00 When I called I got the run around. The good old days are long gone at Jordan's.

I have to furnish my new house and visited other furniture, stores and Jordans at least four times! I always end up at Jordan‘s been shopping here for years actually decades and I’ve never been disappointed. I grew up in Waltham and Jordan’s was a fixture there through my life. I would see Barry and Elliot walking up and down Moody Street! I’ve never been disappointed in their furniture. Jill, the sales person was amazing in helping me pick out and make a decision because this is one of the hardest things I think I’ve ever had to do. I’ve never had to furnish an entire house. I lived in a beautiful apartment on the Charles River that my father owned and I managed the multiple unit property that I lived in. Collected furniture over the years and here I am at 66 with my new house and very little furniture I want to take with me. Jill made it easy and enjoyable. She deserves a raise!🤭 Thanks for being consistent in this ever growing and changing world.

Beautiful showroom! I arrived eager to buy a chair that I had already pre-qualified online. Like most customers I was focused on getting the best price. This is where the experience got uncomfortable and unnecessarily delayed due to less than favorable sales service. It seemed the floor salesperson and even his manager were angled at finding every reason to say no, as opposed to yes; Unreasonable. We intended to use my girlfriend’s military Id for a 10% discount. Instead of working towards application of the military discount, sales personnel worked against it. They claimed that my gf needed to be at the physical store, which is 1 1/2 hours from our house that she was at home working from. Despite having a copy of her ID and offering a phone call with her, and her willingness to pay using her credit card, sales challenged it. Eventually we walked over to the office team onsite and very quickly the woman of authority sized conditions, and approved the sale. It should not have been this hard. Hard equals not positive.
