Mattress Firm Newport Avenue

My mom and I were serviced by Jennifer who was very helpful and knowledgeable on what we wanted. She was able to make our deliveries efficient. The delivery workers also did a nice job setting up the bed upon delivery

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars – Outstanding Service from Jennifer Purcell! I had a wonderful experience working with Jennifer Purcell at the Mattress Firm location in Quincy. From start to finish, she was professional, courteous, and genuinely focused on making sure I was taken care of. There was a small mix-up with my order initially, but Jennifer handled it promptly and efficiently. She took full ownership of the situation, explained everything clearly, and resolved it quickly with no hassle at all. Her responsiveness and attention to detail really stood out and immediately put me at ease. Jennifer was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. She took the time to listen to my needs, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my purchase. Her customer service went above and beyond what I expected. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism, kindness, and follow-through so seamlessly. Because of Jennifer, I would absolutely recommend Mattress Firm in Quincy to anyone looking for a great experience. Thank you, Jennifer, for making the process so smooth and pleasant!

Ulfrik really made my shopping experience easy and fun. I felt he really tried to understand me and where I was coming from. For a person like me that usually doesn't get great customer service this was refreshing. He listened to my concerns to best service me and meet my needs while shopping for a mattress. He offered me many choices based on my very particular needs and budget requirements. Eventually we found one that would best suit my needs and he assisted me throughout the financing portion of the sale. Overall all, I ended up buying a mattress that cost me a bit over my budget. However the benefits Ulfrik explained and offered me made my decision to spend the extra money work it. Thank you again!

Our experience today was amazing. Thank you Ulfrik so much for your help! Ulfrik was super patient with us explaining to us everything we needed to know about mattresses. Letting us take our time choosing what best fit our budget and needs, not pushing us to get something we couldn’t afford. I truly appreciate the help thank you so much would definitely recommend to people that need a mattress to come here.

Both June and her manager I want to say Jen have excellent customer service skills. Lots of recommendations and not always pushing the most expensive mattress and pillows. Thanks so much! Can’t wait to get a new mattress and sleeping better!
