Bernie & Phyl's Furniture

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at the Braintree location. It was my first time at Bernie & Phils. I went in for a recliner, and the staff were very helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. They weren’t pushy at all and were there to help me make a decision and it was an easy one in the end. You can tell their stuff is quality but my overall experience at the store was what sold it for me. Definitely going back there when I need something again. 100% recommend!

Had a great experience at Bernie & Phil‘s in Braintree go see my man Jim over there! He took care of us very painless experience. We had a big order to fill and he did not disappoint. Got us a good price financed delivery set up before we walk out the door.

I had an excellent shopping date at Bernie and Phil’s. Our salesman, Jon, was excellent. He had answers to all of our questions, was not aggressive and made our purchase a pleasure.

Today I walked in as a window shopper and walked away a very happy customer. I was greeted by Domenic, eager to help me decide which options would work best for my vision. Domenic was kind and friendly. He walked me through the many fabric combinations and was extremely patient with me. By the end of my time there I was elated with my purchase of a sectional, area rug and fire place tv stand (on clearance!) Domenic informed me of all the discounts that made the sectional of my dreams under budget! I’m thrilled and can’t wait for my new living room to arrive!

The general manager and sales managers worked with me to resolve an issue. They were exceptionally helpful in finding a solution. I went in expecting some pushback but I was pleasantly surprised by the understanding and sensitivity they showed me. They were kind! The service today and previously by the sales person was wonderful, professional and efficient. I will definitely shop at Bernie&Phyl’s again and will highly recommend that my friends do the same. Additionally, the furniture appeared to be of very high quality with a wide variety of selections.
