Saatva

We were able to try the exact mattress model and firmness that we were considering. All questions were answered by an informed, friendly sales associate who listened to our needs. No hard sell tactics. The Boston showroom is beautiful. Easy shopping. The price was more than reasonable for a custom manufactured mattress.

“I had a fantastic experience working with Anthony at the SAATVA store on Newbury Street, Boston. They were knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I needed instead of trying to upsell me. They explained the differences between options clearly and helped me find the perfect mattress within my budget. The entire process felt easy and stress-free. I highly recommend working with them if you want honest guidance and great customer service!”

Exceptional Service from Finn at Saatva on Newbury! I visited the Newbury location today in search of a new mattress due to a torn disc in my back. I had specific recommendations from my spine specialist and needed assistance in selecting the right option. Finn was incredibly helpful in deciphering those guidelines and guiding me through the selection process. She took the time to understand my unique needs, allowing me to test various mattresses to find the perfect fit. Her knowledge and patience made the experience stress-free and even enjoyable. I left the store feeling confident that I had made the right choice, thanks to Finn's expertise. If you're in need of a new mattress and want personalized, attentive service, I highly recommend them and thank you again, Finn!

LOVED being able to try our top choices in the attractive showroom, prior to ordering. Our experience was enhanced by the expert guidance of our "Sleep Guide" HEATHER! She was kind & very well-informed, without exerting any pressure. All great essentials to our making the right selection. Thank you!

The store is beautiful and the people are welcoming and very helpful. We met Heather and she was wonderful. Very informative and knowledgeable. I did my research prior to going to the store. Saatva's reviews from customers and consumer reports are top notch ratings. Their pricing is very fare and is the same you would see online. We needed to physically try out the mattress in person and it was well worth it. We had visited a few bigger chain mattress stores and well known names where the pricing was very expensive and their mattresses were not top rated. Some were new technology and everyone I found the reviews were all over the place. We are excited to get our new mattress. This is your go to place if you are looking for a top quality mattress, priced right and good service.
