Karl was very helpful in providing and discussing options to fit my specific mattress needs. I was waffling between 2 different brands. He was thoughtful, informative, and patient. I got everything taken care of in store with a delivery scheduled within the week. I would highly recommend.

The store was clean and they had a great selection of mattresses available to test out - I think there was only one option in the brand we were looking at that wasn’t available, and Chris quickly let us know the nearby location that had it on display in case we wanted to test it out. Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, showing my wife and I all the different mattress options available and explaining (and re-explaining) the differences between each of the brands and various options within each brand . He helped guide us towards a choice we were both happy with and gave us discounts wherever possible. Very happy with our experience

I was there on Saturday to purchase a pillow and the lady sales person was less than pleasant to deal with, just a bit pushy. So I found the pillow I wanted and was checking out by paying cash. However she said we do not accept cash, and I knew that wasnt true! I believe she just didn’t want to be inconvenienced by having to make the bank deposit at end of day. So I went to the location up by Woodlands Mall and the sales rep Christopher was very helpful! Took the payment no problem! I left a post on that review!

Karl provided outstanding customer service and made the mattress-buying process easy and stress-free. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my needs before making recommendations. Thanks to his help, I found the perfect mattress and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you’re looking for someone professional, honest, and genuinely helpful, Karl is the person to ask for. Highly recommended!
